JW Custom Tile & Glass is a veteran-owned and operated company built on a simple idea: do the work like it’s going in your own house, every time. Over the past decade-plus, that approach has carried us from single-bathroom remodels to full commercial build-outs — and it’s still exactly how we operate today.
Where we started
What began as hands-on trade work has grown into a full-service tile and glass company, but the fundamentals haven’t changed. We measure twice, prep the substrate properly, and never rush a job just to move to the next one. That’s what ten-plus years in this trade teaches you: the shortcuts always show up later, usually as a callback.

Commercial and residential, under one roof
We split our time between two very different worlds, and we’ve learned to move fluidly between them.
On the residential side, we work directly with homeowners on bathrooms, kitchens, and full-home renovations — the kind of projects where you’re living with the result every day, and it has to be right.
On the commercial side, we partner with contractors, property managers, and business owners on tile and glass installations that have to hold up to daily wear, tighter timelines, and code requirements — restaurants, retail spaces, office buildings, and multi-unit properties.
